Scheduling visit requirements
Clients must reside anywhere in the state of NC for televisits. Visits must be booked online and intake forms complete prior to the start of the visit. You will receive a video (zoom) link in the email indicated in the reservation along with a link to complete intake forms. Telehealth is not long term healthcare management and you may need to follow up with your primary care physician based on your diagnosis/need.
MD Collaborator
Per North Carolina state law, advanced practitioners are required to have a collaborating physician. The collaborating physician is required by the state medical and nursing board to review medical records for any clients where medical assessments and/or treatments services have been provided. The MD does not manage the client's care, is not responsible for the client, and you are not being established as their patient. The MD will have read only access to your information.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions are ordered thru your pharmacy. Medications may be picked up per your pharmacy's business hours. If appointment is for weight management, prescriptions may be ordered thru a 3rd party pharmacy for delivery to your home depending on the medication.
Appointments
Appointments are confirmed upon payment. Appointment are limited to the reason you booked and up to the amount of time indicated due to other patients also waiting for their appointments. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment then please text 980-292-5107 and a provider will call you within 3 hours based on availability of other confirmed appointments. You will be serviced but you must respect others appointment times.
Refunds
There are no refunds for services.
Payments
Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard, FSA & HSA for payments.
In Home concierge Service
In home concierge services must be booked at least 4 hours in advance and deposit is required at time of booking. Fee for in-home service starts at $150 per person. You must contact clinic to arrange. 980-292-5107
Analytics
Microsoft Clarity
